I was scanning the newspaper when I came across these photos of some of the great heritage buildings in Vancouver. 

The Real Estate Market in North Vancouver was stronger in many ways than it was in 2013.  Detached houses year to date saw an increase of 17% in units sold and a gross sale amount 31% higher than the same period last year.  The average price per unit is up 11% when compared to last year.

The spring Real Estate market in West Vancouver was active this year with a 38% increase year to date in gross sales of detached homes compared to 2013.
