March Market Update North Vancouver

There are currently 400 detached houses listed in North Vancouver, compared with 288 at this time last year, 416 apartments, 434 last year, and 122 attached - meaning townhouses and duplexes, compared with 91 last year. which is a decrease of 13%
The average price per unit this year to date is: $1,089,202

which is a change of 0%

in 2012 the same was:                                       $62,550,587
which is a decrease of 21%
The average price per unit this year to date is: $665,272
in 2012 it was:                                                    $695,006
