The main attraction in this area extends from West Queens Road to Ridgewood Drive,and this trendy, outdoor shopping district is dotted with unique restaurants, pharmacies, and original boutiques and shops for locals to visit.

The mountain measures 1,200 metres and can also make for a challenging yet exhilarating hike. Unsurprisingly, it offers magnificent views of Vancouver.

North Vancouver and the rest of the city have a public bus system through Translink, allowing residents to use the Trans Canada Highway and explore downtown. An alternative method of transportation is the 12-minute ferry ride from Lonsdale Quay in North Vancouver to the downtown core.
